Once you complete a Book My Event Request Form
a Catering Package will be sent to you
based on your event catering needs via email.
If you are satisfied with the proposed catering event menu package,
a finalization quoted invoice will be forwarded
for signature acceptance and a 25% deposit will be required.

Select Fusion buffet menus allow for a more creative and vast array of choices that can be hand-crafted from out Specialty Eats w/Fusion menu.
Select Fusion “self-serve stations” includes delicious servings like our signature lobster-mac
station, sirlon steak street taco station or stuffed BBQ baked potato station. Unique servings that pack an addictive punch help keep things inviting and enjoyable.

these menus are the perfect taste when you are looking for a varied and sizeable menu most often considered a light meal with savory pork chop tender- loin, smoked turkey and sexy pecan meatballs in Lady In Red Sauce with angel hair pasta and our savory “peaches & brie cobbler” skillet baked.
