at least two weeks in advance of event.
all menus require a 25% deposit
when the initial menu invoice is accepted
all menus have an additional gratuity fee service cost applied.
any specialty food items request
will have to be requested at a minimum of 14 days prior to requested event date.

Soul Fusion "Soul Fusion" is a funky combination of blues, and contemporary food vibes.
Traditionally, Soul food is a variety of cuisines popular in African-American culture. It is closely related to the cuisines of the Southern United States. This descriptive terminology originated in the mid-1960s, when soul was a common definer used to describe African-American culture (i.e. soul music).
Comfort food is traditionally eaten food which often provides a nostalgic or sentimental feeling to the person eating it, and a simple preparation.
The nostalgic element most comfort food has, is specific to either the individual or a specific culture.
