 Select from our extensive menu selections that include:  Beef, Chicken, Pork, Seafood, for Asian, Italian, Latin, Soul, a blend of Tex-Mex

and other Specialty item Cuisines.

Complete your menu with hous-made salads and side piece dishes.

An executed copy of the Catering Agreement and Invoice Acceptance

must be signed and returned with  a  25%  deposit  in  order  to  secure 

your event booking/catering reservation  for  the  requested event 

by  Bad & Bougee Foodz before any services are rendered. 

​

The  deposit  is  only  refundable  if  the  requested catered event  is  cancelled  within  the  terms  of  the  Catering Agreement.   

​

Final  payment  of  the  remaining  balance  is  due  within 72 hours

or within  (3) days of the booked event date. 

 

Bad & Bougee Foodz may cancel the Catering Agreement at anytime,

if the Client/Customer does  not  adhere  to  the  payment  schedule. 

If  cancelled  by  Bad & Bougee Foodz for  untimely  payment,

the Client/Customer forfeits all deposit amounts paid. 

 

Bad & Bougee Foodz will accept cash, checks, credit cards  

(Visa, MasterCard or American Express),

and some forms of application(s) payment software

(i.e. Zelle, ApplyPay, Venmo).

 

*Note:  ALL checks must be received five (5) business days prior to

the catered event booking date for processing and clearance.
